We had Ryan and his team install a Water softener in our home and it was been lifechanging. They were very professional when they came and used the space next to the boiler efficiently to install it. The model he recommended is very efficient and reliable. Has not faulted and he check in every few weeks and still on our first bag of salt after 4 months. Thank you!

Ryan recently installed a new kitchen faucet at my condo. The booking process was extremely smooth and he was able to book us in very quickly. He also helped us with a drainage issue! Will be using On Point for my next plumbing needs as well.

Highly recommend this company. They were courteous, and professional. Ryan was able to squeeze us in last minute to try to get our hot water going. They were able to troubleshoot the problem and get us hot water!

Working with On Point has seriously been one of the best experiences I have had. Getting everything sorted was so easy, and Ryan was always available to answer all my many questions immediately. I had a tricky situation where I needed to replace my water heater at the same time as my regular heater, and the first had to happen in conjunction with the other due to the poorly planned, cramped utility closet everything is in in my house (they needed to move the water heater to access and replace the heater, then have the new water heater reinsta
